Good morning, Insiders. The Kings are slated to draft 51st overall today as it currently stands, a draft slot that has produced Patrick Roy and Butch Goring in the past. For more context of the Kings four current draft picks as they stand, click here.

Los Angeles won’t necessarily skew its drafting priority to any particular position, but if there are kids on the team’s list that are near-equals, expect them to defer towards defensemen and goaltending. Here’s a quick preview:
