QUICK: “I think I’ve been extremely fortunate. The team has come to play when I’ve been here. I think another thing is that they have a shooting power play. They get shots from everywhere, and I get a lot of shots from the perimeter so that might pad the numbers a little bit. But overall, I think it’s just the team success. The team plays well and we played well tonight.”

(on getting offensive support…)
QUICK: “Yeah, it was good. We scored some real big goals there. Simmer, Poni, Zeus, that line played really well for us and got a couple goals for us. Just overall, it was a solid team effort. At the end of an eight-game road trip, to come back after a loss last night to Chicago and play the way we did, it says a lot about the character in the locker room here and how committed we are to the team.”

QUICK: “It was successful. We started off, and Phoenix got the best of us on the back end of a back-to-back. Then we played well for a couple games and we played well last night. Turco made a couple saves that he shouldn’t have, and we hit a couple posts and we didn’t get the bounces last night, but we came back and finished up the road trip strong and on a winning note going back home.”
