Good morning, San Jose

Good morning from Santana Row, a commercial district similar to The Grove situated west of downtown San Jose. Clear skies and mild weather should accompany the Kings in pre-game preparation as they prepare to face the Sharks, who were 4-0 winners over the Phoenix Coyotes in a comprehensive final 40 minutes of hockey last night in Glendale, Ariz. Los Angeles’ morning skate is scheduled for 11:15 am; San Jose won’t be skating this morning due to a late arrival last night. Game time is scheduled for 7:30 pm, and you’ll have your usual assortment of notes, quotes and previews on the blog throughout the day.
