Dustin Brown’s postgame thoughts follow…
(on his game thoughts…)
BROWN: “I don’t think we played very well. I shouldn’t say that. I guess we had some spurts, but it wasn’t consistent enough tonight. We battled back and got a point, but that other point could be a huge difference-maker, especially against a team like that, that we’re battling with.”
(on losing another Saturday afternoon game…)
BROWN: “I don’t think it’s the afternoon. I think it’s just one of those games that you have to prepare better. It’s kind of been a trend the last couple games. I don’t think the Ottawa game was particularly a good game for us. The score, I think, was misleading. We scored two goals in the last two minutes of that game, but it was very similar to this game, I think, in the way we played.”
