Scouting the Canucks

Tonight’s game is the first of four meetings between the Kings and Vancouver Canucks. The Kings went 2-2-0 against the Canucks last season, with two wins in the first week of the season followed by two losses in March. The Kings scored one regulation goal in three of those four games. This season, the Canucks are off a 7-7-1 start and haven’t played since their 6-2 whitewashing of Chicago on Sunday. Injured defenseman Sami Salo is considered a game-time decision for Vancouver.
