Lokomotiv reminder, and opening-night activities

A couple notes on tonight’s Staples Center home opener. First, a reminder that the Kings’ wives will be selling silicone bracelets outside section 103, for $10, to benefit the families of the Lokomotiv KHL team that perished in a plane crash. The bracelets, which feature Kings logos and the phrase “Love for Lokomotiv,’’ will be available at Staples Center games throughout October. Also, some information about the pregame activities tonight. The Kings will “walk the black carpet’’ today between 4-5 p.m. at the SW VIP entrance of Staples Center — near the Convention Center West Hall — as they enter the arena. There will be a “fan fest’’ from 5-7:30 p.m. in the plaza area outside the arena. Inside, the pregame show and introductions will start at 7:20 p.m.
