Scouting the Blue Jackets

The Columbus Blue Jackets enter tonight’s game on a roll, with five wins in their last six games. Mathieu Garon will get the start in goal tonight, as Steve Mason is recovering from a bout with bronchitis. In his last two starts, Garon has stopped 51 of 54 shots. Ethan Moreau (cracked ribs) was activated from the injured-reserve list today but isn’t expected to play tonight, and neither will Derek Dorsett, who is reportedly out with a concussion.
