While our pal Jon Rosen told us that he’s off covering college hockey for the Big Ten Network, the truth is he was driven to madness by people constantly asking him for Jeff Carter injury updates.
That’s why I’ve created this handy page to direct everyone to anytime they have a question regarding Carter’s injury.
The information below will be updated as the story develops.
Without further ado, I present…
EVERY JON ROSEN TWEET ABOUT JEFF CARTER’S INJURY
Toffoli on the bench at the start of the second, but no Jeff Carter.

Via press box announcement, lower-body injury for Carter, not expected to return.

Good job by Kempe forcing a neutral zone turnover (on Alzner?). Important two-point effort. Could see higher profile C time, pending Carter.

Asked about Carter. "Going to be a little while." Will miss time.

Lots to talk about. Surgery for Carter, Laich to sign contract. What are John Stevens and players saying about this? https://t.co/4PqfwEoaT5

Not close to any sort of an update. Months away.
— LA Kings Insider (@lakingsinsider) November 1, 2017
Jeff Carter is not expected back for months; there's no real update.
— LA Kings Insider (@lakingsinsider) November 8, 2017
No suspensions. No timetable on any injured guys, though Gaborik is starting to get integrated back into practice. Clifford not yet skating. Carter months away.
— LA Kings Insider (@lakingsinsider) November 9, 2017
Getting a dozen requests for Jeff Carter updates each day. There's no change. He's months away.
— LA Kings Insider (@lakingsinsider) November 10, 2017
Futa likened Carter's potential return to getting a player at the trade deadline. Nowhere close to returning and too early to get a real sense. Mid-second half, probably.

Blake (and several bullet points) on the Cammalleri/Jokinen swap, Kempe, Gaborik, Carter, more: https://t.co/OqfLxhTPHT

I literally update this multiple times a week. He’s not due back for months. Mid-second half.

Via the Kings. Not shared in the update, but Carter isn’t close to returning to skate. Still too early to put a firm timetable on his expected return. pic.twitter.com/IEs20fu9qy

Getting questions about Carter again. Checked in today and they’re still not close to getting him on skates. No change. He remains months away. Could be a nice trade deadline pick-up, as those from the team have noted.
— LA Kings Insider (@lakingsinsider) December 23, 2017
The equivalent of a trade deadline pick-up, as I have tweeted before, and as others have stated before. Obviously the Kings are not moving Carter (to those who are @‘ing me).

For Rob Blake, no surprises with Los Angeles' first half surge (plus an update on Jeff Carter): https://t.co/Gxepp53YWl
