LA Kings Legends Series – Ray Ferraro and Eddie Olczyk

Happy Thursday, Insiders!

Get ready for a laugh. On the latest LA Kings Legends Series, Eddie Olczyk and Ray Ferraro joined the Voice of the Kings, Nick Nickson, for a long chat, reminiscing about their time as teammates in Los Angeles during the 1996-97 season.

Some really, really funny stories in there. When Eddie Olczyk picks his winners in the horse racing Triple Crown, I’ll no longer be surprised, after hearing his story about Bobby Bonilla during the 1996 MLB Playoffs.

Some great insight from Ferraro on why Olczyk is not a great flyer, including a great story about the team’s trip back from Dallas, returning home into the Santa Ana Winds. If you’re ever thinking of calling Eddie O stupid, listen to what happened to Kevin Stevens when he did so and you’ll think twice!

A very fun interview, enjoy!
