On Jonathan Quick’s performance:
He made a lot of timely saves. He was really good around the net and I think he covered a lot of pucks. Probably why there were a lot of face offs in our zone.
On the play of the defense:
I think as a team we were good. I don’t think it was isolated to the- do you mean the team? [Reporter: No, the defensemen.] I think they played all right.
On whether there was anything different between the first three games and the last two:
We played really well in Game 2, too. That was against Arizona. Could’ve won that game, too. The league’s close.
On what will have to be done differently against San Jose, compared to the previous game:
Haven’t thought about it.
On whether he’s happy with the win:
Yeah, we’re happy with the win. It was a man’s game out there. Wouldn’t have been for the faint of heart, that’s for sure.
On the penalty kill:
They scored on the power play. You know what? Iginla one-timer, rebound, and we didn’t clear it in front.
On the power play’s struggles:
[You’ve got to] score on your opportunities, much like Colorado did tonight.
