On Jonathan Quick allowing two goals in the first period:
It wasn’t his fault. I mean we gave up a shorthanded goal and we gave up a power play goal. So I don’t think there was any connection to Quickie back there.
On the similarities between Los Angeles and Boston:
Yeah, you can tell. I think we’re one and two in the league with goals against I think. So, yeah, we gave up 20 shots. They gave up about 20 and Darryl says ‘it’s a 3-2 league.’ I guess he’s usually right with that and tonight we were on the other side of it.
On Brad Marchand’s shorthanded goal:
Well, Drew lost his stick to begin with and then he was able to get the puck back and he went around me. I thought he was going to shoot so I went knee down to try and block it and he went around me and it was nice move – but it shouldn’t have happened.
On facing Columbus tomorrow:
It’s not really – it’s one of those things that it doesn’t really matter what they’re going to bring. What matters is what we’re going to bring and we’re going to have to be sharp for sure. They have a good team. They have lots of skill and they have obviously a good goalie. So we’re going to have to be sharp and on our game.
