Carter to be activated; Quick to IR?

Jeff Carter will be activated from injured reserve prior to tonight’s game against the Vancouver Canucks.

“If he gets through warmup, we’ll make a decision,” Darryl Sutter said in regards to whether the 28-year-old would play tonight.

The Kings are 6-1-3 in the 10 games since Carter broke his foot in overtime of the team’s 4-3 win over San Jose on October 30. He has five goals and nine points in 14 games.
