Did you know that Colin Fraser is an amateur urban planner? OK, that’s not “actually true.” But he does have big plans for downtown Los Angeles, which would ease congestion even in the event of new stadiums being constructed in the city.

He also has plan on how to reconstruct the Kings’ penalty kill, which has allowed at least one power play goal in each of the last six games.
