The Kings are likely to utilize the same lineup that defeated the Dallas Stars 5-2 Saturday night in tonight’s game against the Calgary Flames.
During line rushes at this morning’s skate, Matt Frattin skated as a wing as part of the Clifford-Fraser-Nolan line. Considering Clifford notched his first goal of the season on Saturday, it would be unlikely that he would leave the lineup. Frattin could theoretically take Jordan Nolan’s spot, though Nolan has appeared in every game game this season, and the Kings have won five out of six. No skaters stayed on the ice for extra work.
Jonathan Quick was the first goaltender to exit the ice this morning, so he’ll draw the start. Quick is 8-4-1 with a 1.52 goals against average and .939 save percentage in his career against Calgary.
Karri Ramo will get the nod for Calgary. Former King Mike Cammalleri, who is yet to play this season because of a hand injury, has resumed practicing and is questionable for tonight’s tilt.
#Flames coach Hartley says Ramo will play Monday and MacDonald Tuesday. Cammalleri is a game-time decision.
