Projected lineups and notes from Tuesday’s morning skate at the Scottrade Center:
Projected Lines – Los Angeles
Kyle Clifford – Anze Kopitar – Jeff Carter
Dustin Brown – Mike Richards – Justin Williams
Dwight King – Jarret Stoll – Trevor Lewis
Dustin Penner – Brad Richardson – Jordan Nolan
Robyn Regehr – Drew Doughty
Rob Scuderi – Slava Voynov
Jake Muzzin – Keaton Ellerby

-Darryl Sutter wouldn’t tip his hand, though it is likely that Keaton Ellerby will remain in the lineup in place of Matt Greene, who practiced with the team on Monday and took part in Tuesday’s morning skate but missed Saturday’s season finale with an undisclosed ailment unrelated to the back injury that kept him out of 42 games.
“We’ll have an extra forward and an extra defenseman in warm-ups,” Sutter said when asked whether Ellerby would be back in.
Projected Lines – St. Louis
Jaden Schwartz – David Backes – Alex Steen
Vladimir Sobotka – Andy McDonald – Chris Stewart
David Perron – Patrik Berglund – T.J. Oshie
Adam Cracknell – Chris Porter – Ryan Reeves
Jay Bouwmeester – Alex Pietrangelo
Jordan Leopold – Kevin Shattenkirk
Barret Jackman – Roman Polak
Brian Elliott
Jaroslav Halak
-Skilled St. Louis rookie Vladimir Tarasenko will not play tonight as T.J. Oshie will make his return to the lineup for the first time since the Blues’ 4-2 home loss to the Kings on March 28, a game that Tarasenko scored twice in. The Blues were 12-3-0 in the 15 games Oshie missed due to ankle surgery.
“I’ve always believed that the first kick in the can in playoffs is for veteran players,” Hitchcock said.
