Tonight’s game is the first of six meetings this season between the Kings and Dallas Stars. The Kings went 4-1-1 against the Stars last season, but as noted earlier, this has the looks of a very different Dallas team under first-year coach Glen Gulutzan, as the Stars are off to a 6-1-0 start, including consecutive road victories over Columbus and Anaheim.
