Daryl Evans was back at the rink this morning after completing the Los Angeles Marathon (I’d be in bed for about a week). Maybe he will have some competition next year? Terry Murray offered that he used to run marathons as well, but said he hadn’t run one since 1999. “I don’t even remember my time. Younger days,” Murray said. Here’s a little-known fact… Evans played six games for the Washington Capitals in 1985-86. One of the assistant coaches on that Washington team was Terry Murray.
