Anze Kopitar’s postgame thoughts…

(on getting the two points…)
KOPITAR: “There were some games before that when we didn’t play as good, but we got out of it with two points. Then there the Detroit game, and the San Jose game, recently, when we played better than before but didn’t get any points. Tonight, I could say we played kind of half the game maybe. At the end of the day, the two points are important. They’re definitely huge for us right now.”

(on whether the game would have been over, two years ago or last year, after a two-goal deficit…)
KOPITAR: “Not necessarily over last year. We had some pretty big comebacks last year. But last year we were pretty much hoping we were going to come back. Now it’s that mindset of believing that we can come back and, on top of that, knowing that when we tied it up that we were going to win that game. That’s a mindset, and it makes a big difference.”
