(on the Kings playing with several ill players tonight…)
BROWN: “We had, I don’t know how many guys who were not feeling good, but that comes back to managing the ice and managing the puck. We had a 1-0 lead in the first period on the road with guys not feeling as good as they should, and that’s a pretty good outcome. But mistakes make it a lot harder. I think it’s a little easier – although I shouldn’t say easier – when you’re not feeling well, to keep it simple when you’re playing with a lead. We had a chance at that, and we blew it. We were forced to try to come from behind, and that’s difficult, because you’ve got to push to get back in the game, and that’s tough when you’re not feeling well.’’
