Bob Miller undergoing tests at hospital after experiencing discomfort

During a broadcast meeting prior to today’s FOX Sports West-televised All-Star show, Bob Miller experienced discomfort and was ultimately taken to USC Medical Center “as a precautionary measure.”

Via a Kings spokesperson:
Bob experienced some discomfort earlier today and after consulting with medical professionals on site, he was encouraged to go to the hospital as a precautionary measure. He was taken to USC where tests are being performed. He was in good spirits.

Miller, 78, has worked a reduced schedule this season after recovering from quadruple bypass surgery that was performed in February, 2016. He had been serving as a team ambassador and panel host during NHL All-Star Game festivities in Downtown Los Angeles this weekend.

On behalf of the Kings and Kings fans, here’s to wishing for a thorough recovery for the Voice of the Kings.
