Via reports from CBS Las Vegas and CBS Los Angeles, Jarret Stoll was arrested for drug possession in Las Vegas on Friday.
According to the report on losangeles.cbslocal.com, Stoll was arrested “on suspicion of possession of cocaine and ecstasy at the Wet Republic pool at the MGM Grand Hotel.” The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed the arrest to Vanessa Murphy, a reporter with Las Vegas’ CBS affiliate.

Stoll, 32, has been with the club since 2008 and is eligible to become an unrestricted free agent on July 1. With Slava Voynov, who was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence on October 20, Stoll is the second player on the Kings to have been arrested in the last six months. Voynov’s trial on a felony domestic violence charge is scheduled to begin in July.
I spoke briefly with a Kings spokesperson, and the team is aware of the situation. I’m expecting the Kings to release a statement at some point; I’ll post it on LA Kings Insider in addition to any further information I can find.
