Greene signing official

Matt Greene’s four-year contract extension with the Kings is now official. Greene, 31, will earn 10 million dollars over the four years of his contract.

Acquired along with Jarret Stoll from the Edmonton Oilers in exchange for Lubomir Visnovsky on June 29, 2008, Greene has played 504 career games, 353 of which have been with the Kings. He followed up a 38-game, six-point regular season with a 20-game, four-point, plus-five postseason.
