Kings acquire third rounder from Edmonton for Scrivens

Sounds like Ben Scrivens has been traded from LA to EDM, 3rd round pick headed back to LA.

Scrivens deal between LA and EDM is still pending trade call with NHL, so won't be official until that takes place. Kings get 3rd round pick

A high third round pick is a fine haul for the Kings. Though Ben Scrivens was very, very good in his limited time in Los Angeles, he is still technically a backup with 51 games of NHL experience. We’re literally taking off for St. Louis right now, so talk amongst yourselves until I update this post.
