Kopitar on (the) course

Having spent the early part of his summer in Los Angeles, Anze Kopitar is back in Slovenia and continuing to rehab from his ankle surgery. And, as this website story from Slovenia indicates, Kopitar is feeling good enough to get on the golf course, for a charity event. A translated version of an interview indicates that Kopitar intends to get back on the ice in late July or early August, which would be in line with the timetable presented when he had the surgery. Pictures show Kopitar wearing normal golf shoes — below some rather loud shorts — with some of that heavy-duty stabilizing tape around his right ankle and lower leg.
