Audio: Michael Eyssimont talks background, development

Michael Eyssimont, hailing from the Los Angeles pipeline at St. Cloud State University that has also produced Kings prospects in Nic Dowd, Kevin Gravel and Jonny Brodzinski, spoke with LA Kings Insider after today’s final development camp session to share the strides he has made in the NCHC, growing up and playing minor hockey in greater Denver and reltionships with those who have also come through the Kings’ system. Pronounced ACEY-mont, the Littleton, Colorado native shared his pre and post-draft experience while articulating the factors that influenced a 14-goal, 33-point season over 40 games in his 19-year-old freshman season.
