In place of a preseason game, the Kings will host a Black vs White intrasquad scrimmage at 10:00 a.m. Monday morning at Toyota Sports Center in El Segundo. Tickets will be on sale at the door for $10, with all proceeds going to hurricane relief efforts.
“We know that our fans and corporate partners were excited to see the Coyotes play tomorrow and we were very disappointed to learn that the ice was not in a suitable playing condition for the game,” Coyotes President and CEO Steve Patterson said in a statement. “AEG has assured us that they are working diligently to repair the ice as soon as possible.”
