Brendan Lemieux activated from Non-Roster/COVID-19 List + 3 assigned to Ontario

Insiders, a couple of logistical moves here today –

– Forward Brendan Lemieux has been activated from the non-roster/COVID-19 list.
– Forwards Arthur Kaliyev and Rasmus Kupari along with defenseman Austin Strand have been loaned to the Ontario Reign.

The short context here is that this could be a busy week for roster moves, in advance of Thursday’s game against Winnipeg. With the injuries suffered by Drew Doughty and Sean Walker on the most recent road trip, plus Lemieux returning to the active roster today, and potential updates on Lias Andersson and Andreas Athanasiou to come, moves will need to be made, players shuffled, to get the team to a roster of 23 active players over the next 48 hours.

More context will be added here tomorrow, as we see how the moves shake out and others potentially surround them.

I am backdating this story, to post on the site, but please continue the discussion on the Ontario Reign story Jared posted earlier today. That story is available HERE.
