On tonight’s game:
We know what type of team we’re playing. Good team. They’ve got those pretty much top two lines and their centermen set that they had last year. We have a lot of respect for those kids on their team.
On what can be cleaned up:
We’ve had a great trip, actually, Jon. If you look at it, we’ve played nine out of 10 on the road. So we got home and played one. So I look at it as nine out of 10. We’ve had a great trip. We’re not into box scores and bloggers, we’re into performance and effort, and both of them have been outstanding for us.
On whether the team hasn’t had good puck luck recently:
You know what? It’s a little bit. Last game we didn’t get the goaltending we needed early. You’ve got to score first goals. The game before that, we probably made a couple one-on-one mistakes. It’s going to happen. It happens once in a while. Not very often, but it does. Quite honest, we’re pretty pleased to be able to hang in there and do what we’ve done.
