On whether he “liked” the point against Dallas:
Yeah, I like points. [Reporter: Are you satisfied with one point tonight?] Well, we start the game trying with trying to get two, usually, and we tried to do that tonight.
On what the team has to be aware of when countering a line of Jamie Benn, Jason Spezza and Tyler Seguin:
Well, they had 11 forwards dressed, so they weren’t really lines tonight.
On the road trip:
I had a great trip. Visited seven states, get another one tonight, couple days in California, and then you get to a couple provinces.
On how the team fared after the four minutes he didn’t like in Buffalo:
It had nothing to do with that game. We didn’t get very good goaltending in that game in those four minutes, and Jeff Zatkoff, that it seems everybody forgot about, went into Detroit and won us a hockey game and he got us a point tonight, so you need good goaltending, and it gets overlooked a little bit.
