Video! Black and White: Lucic’s Return; SolarCity Recap

The newest Black and White episode is excellent and perfectly captures the contrast between Pacific Division and (Northeast) Atlantic Division hockey through the story line of Milan Lucic’s return to Boston last month. From the snowy arrival, to the tightly packed and older buildings, Kings Vision’s camera work puts you right there as Lucic drives through his old neighborhood, points out his former residence and greets old friends as he shows up for work once again at TD Garden. There are special moments as he reconnects with Zdeno Chara and Patrice Bergeron from the Kings bench, as well microphones that captured the on-ice elation as he scored a goal during his emotional return.

“Good luck tonight. Not really.”
-Milan Lucic, joking around with his ex-teammates during their morning skate

Hey! The new SolarCity Recap is up. Daryl Evans and I discussed the week that was, culminating with Sunday’s loss to Anaheim, before looking ahead to Game 1 of a five-game home stand that features a Ducks rematch at Staples Center this Saturday afternoon. Check ‘er out:
