Van der Gulik heading back to Manchester; Lewis in?

Darryl Sutter doesn’t generally provide specifics on lineup decisions but confirmed that David Van der Gulik will be heading back to Manchester following his one-game emergency call-up.

That means either Anze Kopitar (upper-body) or Trevor Lewis (upper-body) will return for tonight’s game, as Marian Gaborik (upper-body) is several days behind the other forwards. In a conversation with reporters, Kopitar gave an indication that while he could be available tonight, a return later on this road trip would be more likely.

Lewis, who at the moment is on injured reserve, logged 10:29 of ice time in the Kings’ opening night loss to the San Jose Sharks.
