It was among the quieter days of the young postseason at Toyota Sports Center on Sunday. Matt Greene, Colin Fraser and Jordan Nolan skated with Martin Jones, and a handful of players joined the assembled media in an adjacent locker room. After the practice, Darryl Evans and I broke down Game 5 and looked ahead to Monday’s Game 6.
Just prior to speaking with reporters, Darryl Sutter switched places with one of the cameramen.

Oh, man. I wish I had remembered all of the questions he asked. First, that’s a slight typo above. It should read “Did you think that was a good goal?” Another was some derivative of “What did you think about the Kopitar line?”

This was, of course, about 14 hours after perhaps the shortest press conference in Kings history.
The Kings will take the Staples Center ice at 10:00 Monday morning in advance of Game 6. Unfortunately, morning skates at Staples Center are not open to the public.
