The Kings will honor Jim Fox with the final Legends Night of the season when the Toronto Maple Leafs visit Staples Center on Thursday evening. With that in mind, and the news earlier today that the team will bring back the vintage gold jerseys for future commemorative evenings, let’s start a debate. Who should the Kings honor at future Legends Nights?
Legends Nights have previously honored:
2010-11
Rogie Vachon
Bob Berry
Bob Pulford
2011-12
Daryl Evans
Bernie Nicholls
Charlie Simmer
2012-13
Ian Laperierre
Kelly Hrudey
2013-14
Jay Wells
Larry Murphy
Jim Fox
Keep in mind that Marcel Dionne, Dave Taylor, Luc Robitaille, Rogie Vachon and Wayne Gretzky have had their number retired, and the team is likely considering other options. Mattias Norstrom was also honored with Mattias Norstrom Night during the 2010-11 season (UPDATE: Deadmarsh was also honored with a ceremony).
