Audio: Quick hits with Marc-André Cliche

Prior to 2013-14, Marc-André Cliche had appeared in one game with the Los Angeles Kings and 341 games with the Manchester Monarchs, serving as the captain of Los Angeles’ top affiliate for the last three seasons. Since being claimed off waivers by the Colorado Avalanche in September, Cliche has served as a valuable energy provider on head coach Patrick Roy’s fourth line and on February 1 scored his first NHL goal on Ryan Miller during a 7-1 rout of the Buffalo Sabres. Following Colorado’s morning skate, Cliche spoke to LA Kings Insider about facing his former team, playing for Roy, and what he gained as a six-year veteran of the Manchester Monarchs.
