Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday games to open series

Upon the conclusion of his media availability, Darryl Sutter indicated that the first three games of the Los Angeles – San Jose Western Conference Semifinals will take place at Staples Center on Tuesday and Thursday and at HP Pavilion on Saturday. Game 4 will take place either Monday or Tuesday at HP Pavilion. Aside from the 7:00 pm start time on Tuesday, all game times will be announced later tonight.

The NHL’s official second round playoff schedule – including dates, times and television coverage – will be revealed following tonight’s Washington-New York Rangers and Boston-Toronto Game 7s.
