Bernier likely to start; Martinez out

Jonathan Bernier left the ice first at the morning skate, meaning he has been tabbed as tonight’s starter against the Minnesota Wild.

Alec Martinez stayed on for extra work with Jonathan Quick; the two were joined by Dustin Penner.

Robyn Regehr will skate five-on-five with Keaton Ellerby as not to disrupt the chemistry of the other two defensive pairings.

Darryl Sutter hasn’t decided on whether he’ll use Brad Richardson or Colin Fraser tonight. Expect both to skate in warmups and a decision to be made closer to game time. More information on these topics will be revealed in today’s Darryl Sutter quotes.
