Jeff Carter’s postgame thoughts…
(on the Kings’ penalty-killing…)
CARTER: “Well, I think Johnny Stevens has done an unbelievable job having us prepared every game. He’s made changes with what the other power plays are doing. The guys that we got going out there, they’re putting it on the line. They’re all quick guys who can track down pucks and make it tough on their guys.”
(on his journey this season…)
CARTER: “Yeah, it’s been quite the year for myself. A lot of ups and downs. Some tough times, some good times. I couldn’t ask for a better place to be right now. I got an opportunity to come here, play in the playoffs, play on a great team. We’re one win away from the Stanley Cup now. It’s pretty exciting.”
