This is Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals between the Kings and the Phoenix Coyotes. The Kings lead 3-1 in the best-of-seven series. Neither coach talks about possible lineup changes before the game, but the Kings are expected to stay with the same group they used in Game 4. Coyotes defenseman Adrian Aucoin, who missed the first three games because of injury but played in Game 4, is expected to be a game-time decision. Coyotes goalie Mike Smith faced a total of 87 shots in the first two games of the series (and allowed seven goals) but a total of 64 shots in the next two games (and allowed two goals).
