Williams postgame quotes (April 18)

Justin Williams’ postgame thoughts…

WILLIAMS: “On a professional level, the instincts in everybody come out. They don’t want to be the team that’s going home early. There’s a lot of pride in every one of those hockey players, and it comes out in the deciding games. That’s why it’s the hardest one to win.’’

(on the long break before the next game…)

WILLIAMS: “I don’t like the big break. It’s a long time in between games, and we certainly didn’t want to do this. Now we have three more days of interviews to do. On the other side of it, we’re going to have good time to regroup, refocus and try to close this out in five now.’’
