Kings 1, Canucks 0: The Kings broke the scoreless tie 6:30 into the third period. Justin Williams’ medium-range shot was save, but the rebound kicked directly to Dustin Brown, who was all alone to the right of the net. Brown knocked the puck past Schneider before he could slide across. Anze Kopitar also picked up an assist.
End of period: The Canucks outshot the Kings 41-20, but the Kings took a 3-0 series lead.

SECOND PERIOD
In goal: It’s still Quick vs. Schneider.
End of period: The Canucks outshot the Kings 13-6 in the scoreless period. The Kings went 0-for-4 on the power play and 3-for-3 on the penalty kill.
