Scouting the Bruins

This is the second and final meeting of the season between the Kings and the Boston Bruins. It follows the Bruins’ 3-0 win in Boston on Dec. 13. The Bruins have been all over the place of late. They were riding high atop the Northeast Division, then suffered a four-game losing streak in mid-March, in which they were outscored by a combined margin of 21-8. They followed that up with a nice 3-2 shootout win over Philadelphia, an 8-0 whitewashing of Toronto and a 2-1 loss at San Jose on Thursday, and are now back in first place in the division.
