After Big win, they’re Bosom Buddies

It’s refreshing to see a celebrity come to a game and not act too cool for the room. Tom Hanks was at Staples Center last night with his big-time acting family — wife Rita Wilson and son Colin Hanks — and had fun playing along with some of the features on the video board, including the “kiss cam.’’ Then, after the game, Hanks and family hung out around the locker room. With all sincerity, I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone happier to meet anyone than Tom Hanks meeting Bernie Nicholls. Hanks actually yelled out Bernie’s name and spent a few minutes chatting. Here’s one cellphone picture from the dimly lit hallway.

Speaking of photos, reader Kasey is kind enough to periodically pass along her great pictures from practices in El Segundo. Give them a look by clicking here.
