Scouting the Canucks

A reminder that it’s a 1 p.m. start at Staples Center today… This is the start of a five-game road trip for the Vancouver Canucks, who are 17-9-4 on the road this season. The Kings and Canucks haven’t played in 141 days, and the Canucks added some depth at forward just before the trade deadline when they acquired Chris Higgins and Maxim Lapierre. The Canucks enter the game ranked second in the NHL in both power-play and penalty-kill efficiency.
