The Kings tied the game just 1:40 after Gaborik’s go-ahead goal. Brad Richardson won the puck in the corner of the offensive zone and fed it high to Matt Greene, whose slap shot from the right point beat Lundqvist cleanly, five-hole, to make it a 2-2 game 7:50 into the third period. Anze Kopitar also picked up an assist.
