Coyotes 3, Kings 2

The wild action continued as the teams traded goals within 52 seconds.

First, the Kings tied the game 2-2 with a power-play goal with 8:36 remaining in the first period. Drew Doughty took a shot from the left point and Ryan Smyth, running traffic in front along with Justin Williams, tipped in the puck. Johnson also got an assist.

Then, with 7:44 remaining, Keith Yandle took a shot that got deflected before it got to Quick. The puck went wide left, and Scottie Upshall was there to pick it up and fire a high shot past the prone Quick to give Phoenix a 3-2 lead.
