Following up on the previous post, here’s what Terry Murray said about his team’s mindset and attitude going into Game 1 tonight…

MURRAY: “It’s pretty exciting. There’s a lot of guys in the playoffs here for the first time. We have veteran guys who have been to the Finals and won. So there’s great balance in the dressing room. The energy was real good. Last night we had a team meeting at the hotel before going to the team dinner. You can just see a little bit of bounce in the guys’ steps. It’s great to be here at this time of the year. They know that. They’ve worked very hard to get here, after a long 82-game season and getting 101 points. They want to enjoy it and I want them to enjoy it. Just go out and play a normal game. The pace is going to be a little higher, we know that. It gets a little more intense, obviously, a little more gritty at times, but you’ve just got to go out and play your normal game and enjoy it and soak it all up.”
