Jeff Halpern: 10 minutes, 48 seconds (1:18 on penalty kill), 0 shots on goal, one missed shot, one hit, won 3 of 7 faceoffs.

Fredrik Modin: 10 minutes, 29 seconds (1:22 on penalty kill), 0 shots on goal, two hits, one blocked shot.

What did you think of their first game? Here’s what Terry Murray thought…

MURRAY: “I thought they were fine. Coming in, getting here today at the morning skate, they’re veteran guys. They’ve been through important games and they know how to get ready. I thought they came out in the first period and, as a line, I thought they were pretty good. They made some good plays with the puck, attacked and did all the right stuff. I was pleased with them, overall.”
