Kings 1, Predators 1

Nashville capitalized on a Kings mistake to tie the game at the 4:32 mark of the first period. Kings goalie Jonathan Quick steadied the puck behind his net and tried to push it ahead to Sean O’Donnell, but it appeared that O’Donnell wanted to pick up the puck behind the net. He overskated the puck, and it went out front to J.P. Dumont, who knocked it into an open net.
