O'Donnell postgame quotes

Sean O’Donnell’s postgame thoughts…

O’DONNELL: “We did not come out with the right focus, for whatever reason, in the first period. You can say we came back, and we did this and we did that, but no team plays with the same intensity when they have a three-goal lead. We need to come out, the way we started the second, at the start of the game. For whatever reason, we like to see what kind of game it is going to be before we start to play.

“It is an attitude and a frame of mind that we have to switch. Teams are too good now to wait and see what kind of game it is before you decide what kind of game you’re going to play that night, especially at home. We have to establish the way we play, like we did in the second. It is harder to do when it is 0-0 than when you are down 3-0. All of us in here have to look ourselves in the mirror and start the game that way.”
