A wild third period included 59 penalty minutes and a Bobby Ryan game misconduct. Jonathan Quick recorded his first shutout of the season, the fifth of his career and the Kings’ first of the season. The Kings were the only remaining Western Conference team without a shutout this season (Carolina and Pittsburgh are without shutouts in the East).
